By creating an account, requesting a magic sign-in link, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must have authority to use the Service for yourself or your organisation.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your inbox/device access.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them reasonably up to date.

2. Magic Link Authentication

• Access is provided via one-time email magic links or verification codes.
• Links and codes expire and may be rate-limited for security.
• Do not share sign-in links or codes with unauthorised persons.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that harms others.
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with service operation, security, or reliability.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at abusive volumes, or bypass technical protections.

4. Monitoring Studies and Operational Use

• Monitoring study features may evolve, and functionality may change as systems are improved.
• You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them for operational decisions.
• The Service supports IAQ workflows but does not replace professional or regulatory judgement.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have lawful basis for any data you provide to Aeroshi.

6. Intellectual Property

Aeroshi and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the Service according to these Terms.
