Home Air Check purchase terms

These terms apply to consumer purchases of the Home Air Check from Aeroshi Ltd, company number 16626616, registered at 65 Grange Road, Shepshed, Loughborough, England, LE12 9LJ.

1. Home Air Check package

The standard price for the Aeroshi Home Air Check is GBP 450.00. A limited launch price of GBP 299.00 applies to eligible orders completed by 23:59 UK time on 31 August 2026. Aeroshi is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not currently charged.

The package includes:

  • two indoor air-quality monitors
  • access to the Aeroshi platform
  • guided onboarding and setup
  • 3 months of Aeroshi Plus

2. Access after the included period

No recurring subscription charge is created by this checkout. Any later paid subscription is optional and would be a separate choice.

The included Plus period starts when the monitoring service is activated. The monitors remain yours and Free basic access remains available after the included period.

3. Payment, delivery and onboarding

Payment is collected in pounds sterling through Stripe using the payment methods shown at checkout. Delivery is included to United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland addresses accepted during checkout.

Aeroshi will contact you within two working days after payment to confirm the order, expected dispatch date, setup and onboarding. Unless a different date is agreed with you, the package will be delivered within 30 calendar days of the order confirmation.

4. Scope

The Home Air Check provides indoor-environment monitoring information and decision support. It is not a medical diagnosis, legal compliance certificate, mould survey, formal damp assessment or replacement for professional building, ventilation, clinical or legal advice.

5. Cancellation and refunds

If you are buying as a UK consumer online, you can normally cancel from the date of the contract until 14 days after the day you, or a person you nominate, receives the monitors. Tell Aeroshi clearly that you wish to cancel by emailing support@aeroshi.com or by using the model cancellation form below.

After cancelling, return the monitors within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning non-faulty monitors. Aeroshi will refund the purchase price using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned monitors or evidence that they were sent back. Aeroshi may reduce the refund if handling beyond what is reasonably necessary has diminished their value.

If you expressly ask Aeroshi to begin onboarding or activate the monitoring service during the cancellation period, Aeroshi may deduct a reasonable amount for services already supplied. Different rights apply where goods are faulty, not as described or services are not provided with reasonable care and skill; Aeroshi will cover reasonable return costs in those circumstances.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty goods, goods not as described, or services not provided with reasonable care and skill.

6. Model cancellation form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel the contract.
