Pilot and Deposit Terms

1. Charges at Checkout
Pilot package fee: GBP 199.00. This fee covers setup, onboarding, and use of Aeroshi monitoring equipment during the pilot period and is non-refundable once the pilot has started.
A refundable hardware security deposit of GBP 249.00 is also collected. This deposit is held as security against loss, non-return, or damage to the equipment.
2. Hardware Ownership
All Aeroshi equipment remains the property of Aeroshi at all times and is provided on a temporary loan basis for the duration of the pilot.
3. Pilot Duration and Return Window
The pilot duration and return window will be confirmed in writing between Aeroshi and the customer. Hardware must be returned within this agreed timeframe unless an extension is agreed in writing.
4. Deposit Refund Conditions
The hardware deposit will be refunded in full when:
- All equipment is returned on time
- Equipment is in working condition
- No material damage or missing items are identified
A partial refund may be issued if equipment is returned with documented damage, missing components, or abnormal wear.
The full deposit may be retained if:
- Equipment is not returned
- Equipment is materially damaged beyond normal use
- Components or accessories are missing
5. Authorisation for Future Charges
By completing checkout, the customer authorises Aeroshi to securely store the payment method provided and to charge the hardware deposit amount only if the above conditions are not met. Any such charge will be supported by documented evidence and an audit trail.
6. Evidence and Decision Trail
All refund or charge decisions are recorded with supporting evidence and internal review to ensure fairness and transparency.
