Purchase Terms

1. What this checkout includes

This checkout is for the Aeroshi Whole-Home System pilot launch package at GBP 299.00.

It includes two indoor air-quality sensors, access to the Aeroshi platform, one onboarding session, one follow-up review, and 3 months of Aeroshi Plus.

2. Deposit and recurring charges

No separate hardware deposit is collected as part of this checkout.

No recurring subscription charge is created by this checkout alone. The included 3 months of Aeroshi Plus are part of the package purchase. Any later paid subscription would be a separate choice.

3. Shipping and onboarding

Shipping details are collected during Stripe checkout. Aeroshi will follow up after payment to confirm delivery, setup, and onboarding arrangements.

4. Included Plus period

The included Aeroshi Plus period starts when your monitoring service is activated for the purchased system, not when you first open the checkout page.

5. Cancellation and support

Questions about your order, fulfilment, or support should be sent to support@aeroshi.com. Any applicable cancellation or refund rights remain subject to the agreed order status and applicable UK consumer law.
